What is HashKey Platform Token (HSK)

I. Project Introduction

1. What Is HSK?

HSK is the ecosystem token of HashKey Group and to be used across all HashKey business scenarios. HashKey Group’s businesses span licensed global exchanges, investment & asset management, tokenization and infrastructure services among others. Meanwhile, HSK is also the native token and gas token of the HashKey L2 public chain (HashKey Chain), empowering the ecosystem’s long-term growth.

2. How Does HSK Work?

1) HashKey Group is an end-to-end Asian digital asset financial services group and provides institutions, family offices, funds as well as professional investors with investment opportunities and solutions for digital assets and blockchain ecosystems. The group offers a full ecosystem in the digital asset domain, including trading platforms like HashKey Exchange and HashKey OTC, venture capital funds as HashKey Capital, blockchain node validator services as HashKey Cloud, tokenization services as HashKey Tokenization, as well as HashKey NFT, Web3 PFP incubation and community operation services. As the sole core asset of HashKey Group, HSK will integrate and drive the whole ecosystem, promote synergy and community engagement and create value for users.

2) Omnibus brokerage business of HashKey Exchange: The omnibus brokerage business aims to support crypto trading for brokers and other financial institutions. According to a report in June 2025, HashKey Exchange announced that its omnibus consolidated account service has provided a one-stop solution of virtual asset trading, custody and settlement for more than 30 licensed institutions in Hong Kong, with cooperation covering 90% of licensed brokers in Hong Kong.

3. Who Founded HashKey?

Xiao Feng: Chairman of HashKey Group. He is the vice chairman of China’s Wanxiang Holdings and chairman of Wanxiang Blockchain. He was a co-founder and the vice chairman of Bosera Fund and bears over 25 years of experience in securities and asset management. Dr. Xiao holds a PhD in Economics from Nankai University, China.

Michel Lee: Co-founder of HashKey Group. He previously served as Head of Capital Markets for Asia Pacific at UBS and holds a Master’s degree from Imperial College London.

Sha Sha: Head of HSK token for HashKey Group. She served as Product Director at Binance from 2018 to 2022, SVP of User Growth at Bitget from 2022 to 2023, COO at Alchemy Pay from 2023 to 2024 and a partner at Airswift from 2024 to 2025.

4. HashKey Tokenomics

Total supply of HashKey: 1 billion tokens. Token allocation is as follows:

Ecosystem Growth: 65%

Team: 30%

Reserve: 5%

5. Token Utility

HSK is intended to incentivize users and contributors within the HashKey ecosystem. Holders can use the token to pay platform service fees and have potential rights to enjoy discounts on trading fees, receive community incentives stemming from ecosystem growth, obtain priority access to early announcements, new product information and released research reports. The group will use 20% of its quarterly total profits to buy back HSK.​
