Event Rules:

1. Borrow BTC and DOGE during the event to enjoy a 0% interest rate. Any interest paid will be automatically refunded to your account within 7 working days after the event. Quotas are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. The zero-interest benefit will be voided if the borrowed assets from Margin Loan are used to place a new HTX Earn order (including Flexible or Fixed products) during the event period. Standard interest will then apply.

3. Participants of the Zero-Interest Loan Event on HTX Margin can earn an extra reward by completing the Learn & Earn quiz on SWTCH.

Example:

To better illustrate the reward, let's look at an example. Imagine User A borrows BTC.

• Assumptions: User A borrows 1,000,000 USDT worth of BTC. The current annual interest rate for BTC is 0.6%, and the loan term covers the entire 7-day event period.
• Normal Interest: User A would pay approximately 115 USDT in interest.

Calculation: 1,000,000 × 0.6% × (7 / 365) ≈ 115 USDT

• Event Reward: User A will initially pay the 115 USDT interest, which will then be fully refunded to their account within 7 working days after the event ends.

Final Result: User A's actual borrowing cost is 0.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Users must click “Register Now” to participate in this event. Unregistered users will not receive any rewards from the event.
2. Interest will be refunded only for loans of eligible assets taken during the event period. Loans initiated before the event do not qualify.
3. Interest will be charged as usual, but the full amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after the event ends.
4. Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volumes from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts. Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
5. Users are required to complete level 3 KYC verification. Failure to complete the verification before the event ends will result in the forfeiture of benefits.
6. HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
7. HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of the event. If a user is found to be engaged in any malicious behavior or exploits security vulnerabilities, HTX has the right to dispose of the user's account and assets.
