$HTX Conversion Program Update: Remedial Unlock Task and SVIP Channel Now Live!

Dear HTX Users,
Since the launch of the $HT to $HTX conversion program on January 22, 2024, your active participation has played a vital role in driving our platform's growth. To express our gratitude for your continued support and trust, HTX is pleased to introduce two important updates: the $HTX Token Remedial Unlock Task (hereinafter referred to as the remedial task) and an Exclusive Custom Channel for SVIP users. These initiatives are designed to provide more flexible and efficient services for our users.

- Target Users: For users with locked $HTX whose original unlock period has passed, this program offers a solution. If you fall into this group, you're eligible to join the new remedial task to resume unlocking your tokens.

I. Understanding the Unlock Mechanism
$HTX can be unlocked through a flexible combination of the two methods below:
- Staking-Based Unlock
- Users can stake a selection of designated assets (including TRX, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC) to release $HTX proportionally on a daily basis.
- Unlock Frequency: Daily.
- Daily Unlock Cap: Total $HTX from Staking-Based Unlock/Selected Unlock Period in Days.
- Unlock Method: Each day, the system takes a random snapshot of your staked asset value. Your daily release amount is calculated at an annualized rate of 5% of your staked assets. This amount is then converted into a specific quantity of $HTX based on that day's closing price.
- Note: The actual daily unlock amount will not exceed the daily cap. The unlocking process will continue on a daily basis for the user-set period until it ends.
- Trading Fee-Based Unlock
- Net trading fees generated by users on the platform can be used monthly to unlock $HTX.
- Unlock Frequency: Monthly.
- Monthly Unlock Cap: Total $HTX from Trading Fee-Based Unlock/Selected Unlock Period in Months.
- Unlock Method: This portion of your $HTX can be unlocked by leveraging 20% of your monthly net trading fees. The unlock amount is calculated as follows: $HTX Unlock Amount = (User's Monthly Net Trading Fees × 20%) ÷ $HTX Closing Price on the Last Day of the Month.
- Note: The actual monthly unlock amount will not exceed the monthly cap. The unlocking process will continue on a monthly basis for the user-set period until it ends.
- Unlocking Rules
- Unlock Period: Supports 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, or 5 years.
- Unlock Ratio: Users can freely set within the following ranges:
- Staking-Based Unlock Ratio: 50% – 70%
- Trading Fee-Based Unlock Ratio: 30% – 50%
- To start unlocking your tokens, you'll need to set your unlock period and ratio at the time of joining the remedial task. Please note these settings can't be changed after submission.
- Example: Suppose Tom has 90,000,000 $HTX tokens eligible for remedial unlocking. If Tom selects a 3-year unlock period, allocating 60% to Staking-Based Unlock and 40% to Trading Fee-Based Unlock, then:
- Staking-Based Unlock Portion: 54,000,000 $HTX (90,000,000 × 60%) will be unlocked on a daily basis over the 3-year period. The daily unlock amount will be calculated based on Tom's staked assets, using an annualized rate of 5%.
- Trading Fee-Based Unlock Portion: 36,000,000 $HTX (90,000,000 × 40%) will be unlocked on a monthly basis over the 3 years. Each month, 20% of Tom's net trading fees will be used to unlock $HTX.
II. Exclusive Custom Channel for SVIP Users
- To enhance unlock flexibility for SVIP users at Prime level 5 or above, the platform is launching a whitelist channel that offers exclusive unlock solutions.
- Eligibility: Offered to SVIP users who are Prime 5 or above.
- Services Rendered: Customized unlock ratios, periods, and release methods.

III. Important Notes
- Users must complete the setting of their unlock period and ratio within the event period of the remedial task. Failure to configure these by the deadline will lead to the system automatically enforcing the default scheme: a 5-year period with a 70% allocation to Staking-Based Unlock and 30% to Trading Fee-Based Unlock.
- Your staked assets serve solely as collateral for unlocking $HTX. They don't participate in other Earn products or reward distributions on the platform.
- The token unlocking will be executed according to your unlock period and ratio settings in your remedial task. If the Staking-Based Unlock requirement isn't met on a given day, or the Trading Fee-Based Unlock requirement isn't met in a given month, any unreleased $HTX for that period will be automatically added back to your remaining unlockable balance. This amount will then be proportionally reallocated according to your set unlock ratio and released over the rest of your chosen unlock period. If an unlocked amount still remains at the end of your selected period, the system will automatically extend the unlock period up to a maximum of 5 years. After this extension period ends, any remaining locked $HTX will be considered forfeited by you and will no longer be released.
- HTX reserves the right to disqualify participants and freeze their associated assets for any violations, including bulk account registration, fraudulent trading, or money laundering.
- HTX reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the terms and unlock mechanism of this announcement at any time, without prior notice. All matters regarding this event are subject to HTX's final interpretation.
