1. What Is Falcon Finance?
Falcon Finance is a universal collateral infrastructure that enables any liquid asset (including digital assets, fiat-backed tokens and tokenized real-world assets (RWAs)) to be converted into on-chain liquidity pegged with US dollar. Its mission is to redefine universal collateral by transforming any liquid asset into on-chain liquidity pegged with US dollar. Since its launch earlier this year, its stablecoin USDf has reached a circulating supply of 1.89 billion tokens and a reserve size of $1.96 billion, ranking 7th in the stablecoin sector by market cap. By bridging on-chain and off-chain financial systems, Falcon Finance provides a simple way for institutions, protocols, and retail investors to unlock stable yields from their existing assets.
2. How Does Falcon Finance Work?
Core functions and features are as follows:
1) USDf Stablecoin: Users can deposit stablecoins, blue-chip tokens, or altcoins to mint the over-collateralized synthetic dollar USDf. Users can mint USDf by depositing supported stablecoins (such as USDT and USDC) or by using non-stablecoins (such as ETH, BTC or certain altcoins). When minting with stablecoins, users receive USDf at a 1:1 ratio; for non-stablecoin deposits, an over-collateralization ratio is applied. 2> All user deposits are transferred to third-party custodians (including Ceffu and Fireblocks), with custody managed via multi-signature (multi-sig) or multi-party computation (MPC) processes to ensure the assets are stored securely.
2) sUSDf: Users can stake USDf to mint sUSDf, a yield-bearing token whose value increases as earnings accumulate. Users can earn base yields without locking sUSDf and can unstake a crypto anytime. Alternatively, they may deposit USDf or sUSDf into Boosted Yield Vaults to enhance returns.
3) Restake: Users can lock USDf or sUSDf in Boosted Yield Vaults for fixed terms to amplify returns. Now locking for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months is supported.
Revenue sources: Positive funding rate arbitrage, negative funding rate arbitrage, cross-exchange price arbitrage, native altcoin staking, and liquidity pools (Part of assets are deployed into primary on-chain liquidity pools to generate returns through DEX activities and arbitrage).
Stability mechanism: USDf maintains its peg to US dollar through delta-neutral hedging, over-collateralization and cross-market arbitrage.
3. Who Founded Falcon Finance?
1) Andrei Grachev: Concurrent Managing Partner of Falcon Finance and DWF Labs. He was former CEO of Huobi Russia and VRM.trade (proprietary high-frequency trading), Vice President of RACIB Trading, Managing Partner at Crypsis Blockchain Holding, CBO of M-Logistic, and Logistics Department Head at Attenta LLC. He holds an MBA from Orenburg State University (OSU).
2) Fiona: Protocol Strategy Lead at Falcon Finance and part of DWF Ventures Investment & Research team. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs.

According to public information, on July 30, 2025, Falcon Finance received a $10 million strategic investment from World Liberty Financial.
4. Falcon Finance Tokenomics

5. Token Utility
The $FF token serves as Falcon Finance’s native utility and governance token.
1) Governance: FF functions as the governance token of Falcon Finance, forming the foundation of the protocol’s decision-making and incentive framework.
2) Staking & Participation: Stakers of $FF (holders of $sFF) can unlock preferential economic terms within the protocol, including yield distribution in $USDf or $FF, as well as higher APYs for $USDf or $sUSDf staking. In addition, holders of $sFF can also receive extra rewards through the Falcon Finance Milestone Program.
3) Community Rewards: A portion of the $FF supply is allocated to community incentives, eligibility for which depends on user participation within the Falcon ecosystem.
4) Exclusive Access: Holders of $FF will be granted special access to upcoming products and features, including early entry into new delta-neutral yield vaults and structured minting paths.
